Pooja is an experienced economist providing advice related to quantification of damages in international arbitration cases across a range of sectors. She also has extensive experience in corporate and regulatory finance, project finance, public sector procurement and energy policy.
Pooja has advised clients and provided support on a wide variety of issues concerning economic and financial aspects such as cost of capital, State aid, competition and regulatory policy, valuations and market analysis for expert witness reports across different sectors as well as building and optimising financial models. She has worked with clients in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
Prior to joining IEF, Pooja worked as a Senior Associate in the Corporate Finance team at KPMG where she primarily focussed on complex financial analysis related to the energy, utilities and transport sector.
Pooja holds an MSc in Economics from University of Warwick and a BSc in Economics from Presidency College, University of Calcutta.
